Sleeping Like a Baby
Snoring & Sleep Apnoea

Snoring occurs because of an obstructed or narrow upper airway and/or an excessively floppy airway. Common areas of obstruction include the nose, throat, tonsils, palate, tongue amongst others. Sleep Apnoea occurs when the airway obstructs/collapses with stoppage of breathing during sleep. This has significant cardiovascular consequences amongst other medical consequences

Nose, Allergy & Sinusitis

Nasal issues include nasal obstruction, allergic nasal issues like sneezing, runny nose, infective issues of sinusitis which can present with facial headaches, coloured nasal discharge, postnasal drip, blocked nose, decreased sense of smell amongst other symptoms
